Three packs. One clear route. No subscription.
Start with the Readiness Check if you are not sure, or go straight to the pack that fits. Every pack is a one-time payment with a 30-day quality refund. A solicitor's engagement for the same work costs €2,000 to €10,000.

What a solicitor charges. What we charge. What the difference actually is.
Solicitors deliver value on contested estates, cross-border assets, complex reliefs, and where professional liability matters. For a typical Irish personal probate application, most of their fee pays for clerical work that the executor can do directly.
Solicitor: 3–6 weeks before anything is lodged
Intake meeting, file opening, paperwork back-and-forth, then they lodge. Our pack: 2 minutes for delivery, 1-2 days for you to assemble and lodge.
Solicitor: €2,000–€5,000 for simple estates
Plus 23% VAT. Grant-only services €1,500-€2,500. Full admin services €3,000-€6,000. Complex estates €8,000+. Our top pack: €449.
Solicitor: professional liability you pay for
Their fee covers their indemnity insurance for representing you. Personal applicants accept their own liability, which is low for straightforward cases. If this concerns you, use a solicitor.
When a solicitor is the right call
Contested wills, business assets over €500k, foreign assets, disputes over legal right share, capacity issues, estates over €1.5 million. We will tell you so in the Readiness Check.
30-day quality refund on every pack.
If any document in your pack contains a factual error traceable to our system (not to information you gave us), we refund the full amount. No questions asked, no process to follow, no hoops. One email to our support address.
We can only offer this because we build the packs carefully from a single source of truth for Irish tax law and probate procedure. Errors are rare because we update the system the same week Revenue or the Courts Service update their rules.
Before you buy.
Why three tiers instead of one?
Because Irish estates are not one-size-fits-all. A small estate with no CAT liability needs very different help from one with a €400,000 family home and three beneficiaries. The three-tier structure lets you pay for the scope you actually need, not a blended rate that overcharges simple cases and undercharges complex ones.
How does the upgrade credit work?
If you buy the Readiness Check and decide to upgrade, €50 of what you paid is credited against the next pack. The Preparation Pack becomes €179, the Complete Bundle becomes €399. The credit is automatic; no coupon code needed. It expires 60 days after your Readiness Check purchase.
Can I use this if the person has been dead for a while?
Yes. Probate applications have no absolute time limit, though the six-month CAT filing deadline from the valuation date matters for tax. We work with estates from recent deaths and estates where probate has been delayed by years. The pack adapts to whatever stage you are at.
What if the estate is worth less than €25,000?
You may not need probate at all. The Readiness Check is built for this. It tests the €25,000 small-estates threshold at each Irish institution and tells you whether you need a Grant or can release the estate without one. If you do not need probate, no higher-tier pack will apply and we will say so in the report.
Do I get support if I have questions after my pack arrives?
Yes. Every pack includes 30 days of email support. Reply to the email your pack came in and a human will answer. We do not have a call centre or a chat widget. The support is specifically about the pack contents, the forms, and the process. We cannot give legal advice.
Can I buy as a solicitor or accountant for a client?
Yes. Many accountants use the Complete Bundle for clients as a faster alternative to their own drafting, then apply their firm's review before the client lodges. If you are a professional wanting a custom arrangement for multiple clients, email us.
